A Career-Defining Program for Women in Hospitality Leadership
The Rosewood Foundation proudly introduces Rise to the Table, a global platform created to
elevate the next generation of women in food and beverage leadership.
This program offers ten selected professionals a fully-immersive, weeklong leadership
residency and a yearlong personal mentorship with a senior executive from Rosewood Hotel
Group. We welcome applications from visionary chefs, sommeliers, service managers, and
beverage directors who are poised to make their mark on the industry.
A Note on Program Eligibility:
Rise to the Table is an act of industry stewardship. As such, this philanthropic program is
open exclusively to candidates external to the Rosewood organization and is not a pathway
to employment at Rosewood.
