CAREER WEEK 2026

The Career Week 2026 truly lived up to its theme of “Bridging Talent & Opportunities,” bringing together over 1,000 students, more than 90 companies, and over 100 professionals for four days of learning, connection, and career exploration.

From the opening CEO Series on the future of the luxury automotive industry to the final discussions on systemic infrastructure and long-term value creation, students were immersed in a dynamic environment that reflected the diversity and ambition of Monaco’s business ecosystem.

Across the week, they explored industries ranging from finance, luxury, sport business, and yachting to real estate, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. They gained both local insight and global perspective through company presentations, online sessions, and expert-led discussions.

Practical workshops and masterclasses played a key role in helping students refine their career paths, strengthen pitching and interview skills, and better understand the expectations of competitive sectors such as investment banking, private equity, and luxury management.

Direct interactions with recruiters and on-the-spot interviews provided invaluable feedback, while round tables highlighted emerging opportunities in areas like sustainability, data, and event management within the Principality.

The week concluded on a high note with a celebratory gathering at Le Méridien Beach Plaza, where students, alumni, and professionals came together to reflect on new connections, shared experiences, and future opportunities—marking the end of an inspiring and impactful Career Week.
