Last week, the 4th Annual Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) Insight Summit, "Engaging the Elite: Mastering Communication with UHNWIs" occurred at the Méridien Beach Plaza. The event attracted more than 100 participants, including managers and professionals in UHNWI client management, who gathered to discuss and learn about the latest strategies for engaging with UHNWIs.
The event started with Dr. Annalisa Tarquini - Poli and Prof. Dr. Phil Klaus, who shared insights based on their recent research, which explored the needs and behaviors of future generations of UHNW clients, highlighting the differences between past and present generations.
🔹It was interesting to discover that among the 20-30 age group, there is already a strong search for a sense of purpose.
🔹This study highlights how today's youth bring higher values, even in a world that may seem superficial, like that of luxury, and these values have been inherited from their families, the millennials. "Just like their wealth, all of their values are inherited" said Dr. Klaus.
▶ We also had some significant contributions from Karl-Henry Edström (Robb Report Monaco Côte d'Azur) and Mr. Massimiliano Cariola, Marketing and CRM Director at Porsche Italia S.p.A., who talked about the "Relevance Across Generations. how to build a brand that resonates across age segments."
▶ It was followed by an astute panel discussion "Design effective marketing and communication strategies: Insights from the frontline." with Mr. Federico Rossi, COO at Rossinavi, Mr. Francesco Galli Zugaro, CEO of Aqua Expeditions, and Mr. Filippo Innocenti, Director Zaha Hadid Architects, moderated by Lysbeth Fox, Founder and CEO of Fox Communications.
🔹They emphasized the importance of tailoring communication to different generations, using storytelling to connect with UHNWIs, and prioritizing convenience. Building human relationships remains key to an exceptional customer experience, even with AI.
