[RESEARCH]  Congratulations to Dr. Annalisa Tarquini-Poli and Prof. Dr. Phil Klaus!

👉 Their article, "The Yacht Charter Client Experience and Well-Being: Insights for Hospitality Management From Moral Foundations Theory," is published in the 3* International Journal of Tourism Research.

• This new research explores the yacht charter industry to better understand how ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) perceive luxury experiences through the lens of ethics, sustainability, and well-being.

• The study shows that client well-being is the key driver of rechartering intentions. While highly hedonic experiences may resonate differently depending on clients’ ethical values, perceived sustainability significantly enhances well-being for morally oriented clients, increasing their likelihood to return.

• These findings highlight the importance for luxury hospitality brands to integrate sustainability and ethical considerations when designing experiences for UHNWIs.
