Dear All,
The time has come for you to get a little bit more info about your graduation ceremony.
Thank you for confirming your presence to the Graduation Ceremony 2017, taking place on June 30th at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
This year’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on Saturday June 30th, 2018, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, Salle des Princes.
The Ceremony will start at 2.30pm, followed by a celebratory cocktail.
The rehearsal for the Ceremony will take place on June 30th, at 9:30am, at the Grimaldi Forum.
Students are required to arrive at 9.00am to register at the welcome desk
This rehearsal is compulsory for all students wishing to be on stage! (Agenda of the day to be found on the right column)
TICKETS FOR THE CEREMONY
As previously announced each student has 4 tickets to give to family members ( please do not include yourself in those 4 tickets). You have until May 30th to sign up the names of the 4 family members/friends to whom you want to give your tickets on the alumni platform .
Please note the tickets are free of charge.
N.B. --> Shall you need extra tickets please specify by email at graduation@monaco.edu the number of tickets and names before June 10th. The extra tickets give away will be done after that date.
To retrieve the tickets, family members signed up or yourself will be able to get them on June 29th at IUM on the 3rd floor office 303 or at the Grimaldi Forum on Graduation day , June 30th.
CAP & GOWN
You will rent/buy your cap & gown on June 30th before the ceremony. Do not forget an ID and cash on the d-day!
Costs (make sure to bring exact change and don’t forget your ID)

- Rental : 15 € + 10 € deposit (CASH ONLY) (With the rental option you will keep the cap but give back the gown)
- Purchase : 25 € (CASH ONLY) (You keep both cap & gown)
WHAT IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE CEREMONY ?
You will be able to request your diploma to the Academic Office at academicadmin@monaco.edu , who will give you the procedure to retrieve your diploma.
Don’t forget to send them the exact address where you would like your diploma to be shipped or to take an appointment with them to retrieve it here in Monaco.
Please note no diplomas will be shipped or given before June 30th for logistical reasons. You will be able to retrieve it only after this date.
