Behind the Scenes #4 | An alumna, a career path and your insights!
Lou FAVIER (INSEEC BBA Bordeaux) and Dylan ZANGA (CREA GENÈVE) will interview Virginie SEGUELA, ESCE alumna and actual VP at Orvéon Global.
In a 30-minutes format, on June 23rd at 6:30 p.m. (Paris time), the fourth edition of the Behind the Scenes MasterClass will introduce you to an inspiring career path.
The opportunity for Virginie SEGUELA, ESCE alumni, to come back on her career in the beauty world. Students from all OMNES Education Group schools and the connected public will be able to ask their questions online.

After graduating from ESCE, Virginie Séguéla began her professional career in the Beauty industry as Area Manager in Travel Retail for Fragrance Brands (Jean-Paul Gautier, Issey Miyake and Narciso Rodriguez). From Travel Retail, she moved to Local Market for the EMEA Regions.
Building on her Marketing and Commercial experiences, she developed NARS in France and with Sephora Europe as General Manager. And in 2016, she moved to London in order to build the EMEA Make-up Division for Shiseido Group.
End of 2021, she decided to start a new adventure in joining a group recently created: ORVEON Global. She is currently Vice President EMEA & UK, and has for mission to build the new organisation and the business in the respect of the group vision, which is to be the “Sustainable Face Care Expert”.
With dedicated and exceptional teams, she is leading the growth, the brand awareness and the P&L of three brands : Laura Mercier, a prestige and artistry make-up brand, bareMinerals a natural make-up and skin care brands, and last BUXOM, a brand very well know for their plumping lipgloss.
With a strong sense of authenticity, she enjoys building brands, taking on new challenges, driving changes, and having a highly engaged and passionate team. She always pushes herself and her team to be the best!
Outside of work, Virginie is dedicated to her big family. She loves taking risks, testing and learning new sports and discovering new countries and cultures.
