IUM has a new Head of Alumni Realtions and Career Services Advisor
IUM is pleased to announce the arrival of Viola Hillmer in the position of: Head of Alumni Relations and Career Services Advisor within the Career Services & Corporate Relations Team.
Originally from Germany, Viola has a master’s degree in Media and Cultural Studies and speaks fluently English and French.
She worked the last three years for an international recruitment company specialized in financial services and identified top talent worldwide with focus on Wealth Management and Private Banking.
Along with the IUM teams and IUM Alumni, Viola will define and implement an ambitious Alumni Engagement/ Communication strategy, based on new communication channels and content ; as well as services and activities with added value for both IUM and its Alumni .
Besides, she will, as a part of the Career Services Department , accompany the students pursuing a career in Banking & Finance in Monaco and Europe.
