What impact can the Monaco MBA have on your career journey?

We recently spoke with our MBA alumna, Joan N. Mill, who shared her reflections on how the Monaco MBA shaped her professional path.

💬 "My MBA was like upgrading from economy to first-class on the career jet, with sudden access to international networks, sharp lateral thinking, and that confident swagger that says, 'I've got this.'"

"It honed my business acumen, taught me to navigate corporate chess games, and connected me with mentors who became lifelong allies. But here's the charming twist: it wasn't just textbooks; it was the grit of group projects that built my resilience and the case studies that sparked my passion for ethical leadership."

"I now pay it forward by advising Private Equity firms, helping female founders, founding a network for women in Private Equity & Software, and mentoring fantastic women whom I am lucky enough to learn from. Every degree is a door opener, so use the key!"

Today, Joan is a growth-oriented C-level executive and advisor, helping software companies accelerate revenue and scale toward successful exits. She is also deeply committed to supporting female founders and mentoring the next generation of leaders, including through the creation of a network for women in Private Equity and Software.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that an MBA is not just a degree; it is a catalyst for new opportunities, new perspectives, and lifelong connections.
