The time has come for you to get a little bit more info about your graduation ceremony.
Thank you for confirming your presence to the Graduation ceremony 2016, taking place on June 18th at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
This year’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on Saturday June 18th, 2016, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, Salle des Princes.
The Ceremony will start at 2.30pm, followed by a celebratory cocktail.
The rehearsal for the Ceremony will take place on June 20th, at 10:00am, at the Grimaldi Forum.
Students are required to arrive at 9.30am to register at the welcome desk with the alumni questionnaire already filled (document to be found on document gallery tab)
This rehearsal is compulsory for all students wishing to be on stage! (Agenda of the day to be found on document gallery tab)
TICKETS FOR THE CEREMONY
As previously announced each student has 3 tickets to give to family members ( please do not include yourself in those 3 tickets). You have until May 20th to sign up the names of the 3 family members/friends to whom you want to give your tickets on the alumni platform .
Please note the tickets are free of charge.
N.B. --> Shall you need extra tickets please specify by email at graduation@monaco.edu the number of tickets and names before May 20th. The extra tickets give away will be done after that date.
To retrieve the tickets, family members signed up or yourself will be able to get them at the Grimaldi Forum on Graduation day , June 18th.
CAP & GOWN
You will rent/buy your cap & gown on June 18th before the ceremony. You will receive later on a separate communication with prices and procedures. Do not forget an ID and cash on the d-day!
