- Creating compelling weekly emails to promote the extensive development portfolio. This role includes design, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Assisting in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs and the company website.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and brand, to ensure alignment of initiatives.
- Managing budgets and tracking expenses for an allocated development, resulting in its successful completion.
- Volunteering to assist in external and internal events open to the public with the L&Q company. One example is the September and April London Home Show, which has seen over 3,500 attendees in recent years.
