In september, Sibylle Tellenbach, MBA Alumna and Doctor of Business Administration candidate, defended her thesis, that marks the culmination of three years of study.
◾She successfully presented her thesis, "Effect of Hybrid Working Models in the Swiss Financial Industry" in front of the jury members and her mentors, Dr. Julie Haddock-Millar, Dr Chandana Sanyal, Dr. Mary Hartog, Dr. Ghislaine Caulat, and Dr. Francis Bidault.
◾In her doctoral research, Sibylle discovered the implications of transitioning from traditional work to hybrid working models, and their subsequent influence on employee engagement in the Swiss financial sector.
◾The contribution of her study to theory and practice is two-fold, highlighting two major shifts in employee engagement and managerial practices, with a focus on heightened awareness of employee expectations, balancing autonomy and social interaction.
◾???????????????????????????? is senior Sales Manager at Allianz Partners Health in Switzerland. With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she truly believes personal development is the path to success. "The DBA program enabled me to pursue my academic path as a cornerstone for my career," she said.
