[ALUMNI SUCCESS STORIES] - Ieva Mikelinskiene

Alumni Success Stories

-

11.08.2022

Ieva Mikelinskiene has a non-linear career path. She started her career in operations and transitioned to research and trading, which is very unusual because those two roles are usually separated in a fund.

Three things you should know about Ieva:

✔ She is curious and eager to learn, two important qualities to succeed professionally.
✔ She promotes diversity because everyone would benefit from more diverse teams, more diverse attitudes, and ideas.
✔ Last but not least, she’s a judoka and has a fantastic sense of humor!

Thanks very much, Ieva! This interview was fun and, most of all, very insightful.
