Matthieu is a business partner at Oktave, where he oversees consultancy projects and instructional design, developing business-focused and inspiring programs every step of the way.  

He graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration from IUM in 2021, where he conducted research on the topic of the luxury sales team's efficiency and competencies. 

Before joining OKTAVE as manager, Matthieu developed a deep understanding and extensive expertise in learning and development while working in China for 15 years. During that time, Matthieu was responsible for delivering his assignments all throughout Asia to support Fortune 500 companies and provided specialized training in sales and management for luxury retail brands.
