Summary

I have gained 5 years of international work experience in Marketing, working in several markets, Central and Latin America. I have worked with a variety of roles that have given me the opportunity to collect practical experience across different functions; from Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Finance, to more technical functions such as product engineering, data science and product performance. • In charge of increase revenue and analyze users behavior performances overall Mexico's products in collaboration with advertising and media agencies. Measured by Payback analysis, ROIs, and promotional results.

Commercial operations chief

From January 2012 to December 2014

• Team leader of the Marketing Operations department and accountable for more than $25 millions per year in following markets: Chile, Colombia Peru, Ecuador, and Central America.
• In charge of designing and testing the consumer’s experience and brand awareness in collaboration of sales and trade marketing teams across the region. As a result, the company achieved a 99% of net revenue goal in 2014.
• I designed and launched across all the branches, a new Marketing Performance System based on SQL, and Google Analytics sources that provided feasible tactics for every local market helping them to reach its financial goals. Thanks to this, I overachieved my KPIs on a 103% in 2014.

From April 2010 to December 2011

• Responsible for two main tasks, to maintain or lower the devices subsidy, which was $500,000, and negotiating constantly with Phone Suppliers in order to obtain the best technology in devices at the best price in the market.
• In charge of the commercial strategies of devices in El Salvador’s branch. I reached a remarkable reduction of purchases costs in 35%, and an important sales increase of 15% in 2011, versus prior year.
• In 2011, I led several marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, generating a 15% of sales increase versus prior year.
