Summary
Studying at IUM gave me an incredible background in finance, mainly in M&A, Private Equity and Hedge funds. As so, I engaged myself working in M&A, after a short internship in Risk Management at Haitong Investment Bank. In M&A I worked for 2 M&A boutiques, one from Portugal (named Bluemint Capital), other from Monaco (named Challenger Stone). I was originating sell mandates and working on execution of buy or sell mandates. At the moment, I am working at Moore Stephens Portugal, at Corporate Finance department, as Senior Analyst. I really like this field, M&A, and this is what I want work for the whole of my life. Sectors: TMT, Industrials, Financials, Consumer Discretionary, Energy, Health Care, Consumer Staples.
