This startup in the fashion industry, created in 2013, distributes brand to shops, chain and department stores in Switzerland. The imported brands target middle-high to premium market ( ex: Meltin'Pot, Pajar Canada, American College).

As General Manager of the company, I covered different fields of business management. Through my experience, I :
- Initiated an aggressive communication strategy to finally double the client key accounts portfolio. As a result I successfully brought on board an important Swiss store chain,
- Drove negotiations with top brands to get exclusive distribution rights at extremely good conditions. Pajar was one of our success.
- Managed a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment, specially in planing short and longterm strategies with shareholders, including budget controlling and forecasting,
- Changed the marketing strategy with active commercial operations on the field. Efforts from the team helped retain client and increased annual billing of 100% between 2013 and 2014.

Started in the Apple Store of Geneva in October 2012 as a Specialist, I rapidly evolved in the service environment, I :
- Drove my evolution strategy through customer satisfaction. It brought me into the top 20 sellers and into the top 10 most recognized workshopers,
- Became the lead "go-to" person for workshops, telecommunication contracts and particularly challenging clients as one of the company’s mentors/trainers of both new employees and clients,
- Handled project management of new in-store payment method. Thanks to the group effort, we won the 2nd position in number of payment in european ranking,
- Became Marketing Mentor for Switzerland, to coordinate and develop the B2C marketing strategy in the Apple Stores.
