• Adapt and execute the brand marketing strategy in the region. Translate global brand marketing strategies and campaigns into marketing, sales plans and tactics to fuel profitable growth of the brand. Own and execute the brand marketing and communications plan to ensure achievement of brand goals.
• Develops sales strategies for the region including channel mix, distributor requirements and POS presence. Work with the sales teams to continuously look for ways to improve retail execution and presence.
• Ensure the proper implementation of seasonal visual merchandising plans in line with brand guidelines.
• Lead the region's teams to deliver a premium customer experience, utilising the company’s selling systems and sales training programs to provide a high level of salesmanship and service.
• Ensure retail operations procedures, and best practices are being adhered to in every location including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and loss prevention procedures to reduce shrink.

Key Achievements
• Captured a 150% increase in Singapore retail revenue during the first year of joining. Made the strategic decision to relocate the Singapore boutique which led to a 40% year-on-year increase in revenue.
• End-to-end management of the company’s first outlets in Paris, Geneva, Marbella, Doha, Dubai and Hong Kong in just 1 year. Led trainings for these European, Middle East and Asian locations. Sourced for and established partnerships with new distributors, suppliers and partners in Singapore and worldwide.
• Successfully built retail teams with very low turnover. Inspired the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand retails team to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Increased and sustained brand awareness through strategic team management, training, marketing and communication initiatives.
