I am a qualified fashion designer with a strong product development background and solid business acumen, who will assist an apparel company to diversify its product range and market scope. I successfully completed my MBA in luxury management after ending my journey as a founder of an apparel clothing brand. I am a self-starter who seeks out fresh challenges that allow me to build lasting relationships with individuals from all walks of life. I thrive in situations in which I can use my strengths as a natural and intuitive communicator to generate enthusiasm and contribute to a team's activity in a logical and practical fashion.
My performance-orientated nature was honed by my time as the CEO and chief designer of a proudly South African fashion label. I have the ability to identify opportunities for business development and cost improvements and excellent time management skills that allow me to establish routines that enable me to consistently deliver successful project results. I have established a reputation for monitoring orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity. As a co-operative team-player that relates well to others, I also take pride in my ability to foster social bonds and resolve conflicts peacefully. In addition to this I also have the robust negotiating skills needed to successfully influence vendors, suppliers and internal departments alike.
I hold honesty and integrity in the highest regard and will always take responsibility for any decisions I make. To this end, I endeavor to be well-informed, exceptionally organized and aware of all the variables in any given situation before I put a plan into action.
