As a former athlete and Manager of a well-known corporation in the United States, I learn the importance of being result oriented as well as being committed towards a team and work in high pressure situations. My motivation, determination and willingness to take initiative resulted in my capacity to achieve a high position at Pella Doors and Windows. Throughout my experience at Pella as a Marketing and Sales manager, I was able to understand our clients needs and always find innovative ways to improve our internal procedures to be more efficient.
